· Segatrice automatica a disco per barre e tubi da Ų 12 a 100 mm, rettangoli 12-100 mm lunghezza standard 6.5 mt.
· N° 1 oppure 2 fermi barra misura di taglio, oppure 1 fermo misura motorizzato azionato da controllo CN o CNC.
· Scaricatori da 3000/4000/5000/6000 mm.
· Scaricatore a due posizioni.
· Possibilitą di ampliare l'impianto inserendo una sbavatrice automatica, scaricatori automatici o altre macchine di finitura tubo.
· Caricatore a fascio.

3) Esempi di taglio: tubo Ų 20 x 1 mm L= 200 mm (FE) taglio + sbavatura 1200 pezzi/ora.

Cutting machines

This machine is an automatic cutting systems for tubes of big dimension that is able to chamfer and cut the tube simultaneously up to 1000 mm (from 3" up to 40"), as you can see from the following drawing.

The time cycle is: 2' 30" (two minutes and thirty seconds) We have already sold this machine for an important European cast-iron (ductile) pipe firm in order to enable them to deliver cut and chamfered tubes thus avoiding long and expensive cutting and chamfering manual operations to be performed by the customer when laying the tubes.
