Allow also the fast and complete use, without adapters, of tooling of equivalent "EAGLE", "LANGLEY", "BLM", "PEDRAZZOLI".


Macchina per tranciature su tubi - Mod. DT 30-70

Macchina a funzionamento oleodinamico. Consente tranciature sulle estremità del tubo diritto o pre-curvato con terminale diritto, a mezzo di semplici ed economiche attrezzature ad intercambiabilità rapida.
Il principio di funzionamento ad espansione adottato in queste macchine elimina il problema della bava interna del tubo, che si viene contrariamente a creare utilizzando altri sistemi.
Le nuove soluzioni tecniche adottate, unitamente ad una costruzione solida e all'impiego di materiali adeguati e a componenti elettrici ed oleodinamici delle migliori marche, danno la massima garanzia di una lunga durata ed affidabilità.
La velocità di lavoro è elevatissima e non sono necessari meccanismi di bloccaggio del tubo.
L'uso, la regolazione, la manutenzione sono facili e rapidissime e non richiedono manodopera specializzata.
Le dimensioni  d'ingombro sono  ridottissime  e per le peculiari

caratteristiche costruttive, si presta ad essere inserita facilmente in isole di lavoro per piccoli e grandi lotti di produzione in combinazione con altre macchine automatiche, con l'impiego di un solo operatore. Vengono così eleiminati i tempi passivi di attesa ed il magazzinaggio intermedio dei pezzi, ottimizzando il rendimento con conseguente riduzione dei costi di produzione.

Tube - blanking machine - Mod. DT 30-70

It has got a hydraulic functioning. It allows to blank the ends of the tube (which can be straight or pre-bent with straight end) by means of simple, cheap and interchangeable tools. The expansion working concept of this machine eliminates the problem of the inner burrs, which are usually produced by other blanking systems. The new technical solutions, together with a solid structure, fit materials and high-quality electrical and hydraulic parts, give the maximum warranty of long life and great reliability. The working speed is very high and no clamping devices are needed. Its use, adjustement and maintenance are quick and easy, so no skilled labour is demanded. Its overall dimensions are very compact and thanks to its special characteristics it can be easily set in working cells for both little or big batches of productions, in combination with other automatic machines (even with one operator only).
